Sequoia National Park: Moro Rock

This was another activity that we were part of the way through and I said “whose idea was this anyways?!”. Massive granite dome jutting out of the Sequioa National Park. 6725 feet above sea level. Only a short railing for parts. We don’t have any pictures of the tricky climbing up against the rock face…you may have to ask Isla if she was able to feel her hands after this hike because I was holding onto her wrist so hard.

This is the burnt up sugar pines on the sugar pine hike. See the rock face on the right? Yup we stood on top of it… we aren’t the people in the photo but stood beside them about an hour after this photo was taken.
