I picked the kids up from school at 2:30pm and we did some final packing. I told the dogs we were leaving, to hold down the Fort and make good choices. We stopped by the camp to give final hugs and goodbyes with the family left at 4pm. I told the kids (and myself) that the worst part of the trip is over now because the goodbyes are the hardest part.
